This is my third order, and we love the coffee, but especially appreciate the fact that it is shade grown. I try to only patronize products that are environmentally conscientious and don't use animal testing, so it's great to find your company through Care2.com, Race for the Big Cats. I'm a bird lover, and I think it's wonderful that farmers in South America partiipate in this type of coffee growing that is beneficial to all birds.
